WordPress implementation handoff

Everything in place.
Ready to build.

Page structure, complete copy, packaged imagery and implementation notes for the InRahi WordPress developer.

63Completed visitor pages
28Production detail pages
11Individual people profiles
The ZIP contains the complete click-through site, all referenced local images, page copy, metadata, source code and these implementation notes. Open index.html locally or serve the folder as a static site. This is a prototype; enquiries are handled directly by email, phone or WhatsApp rather than through a website form.

Content decisions

  • The 30 September, 12:27 team PDF is the latest team roster. It controls roles and inclusion. Boishali is listed in the creative team; Prashant and Anirudh are not included in that final roster.
  • InRahi Films is the main production proposition. Being Out There has a dedicated page, linked through the footer, About and legacy pages, keeping travel and yoga distinct from the main production message.
  • The original production-led homepage is restored. The portrait-led founder opening now heads Dhananjay’s story page, followed by seven biographical chapters. The repeated introductory section and timeline were removed; the MG milestone is presented once, in its dedicated feature. Dhananjay is presented as the founder, in the past tense. Sheetal’s name is written as Sheetal Vasudev Ahluwalia. Dhananjay’s existing personal accounts are not repurposed.
  • The hand-drawn Himalayan Backcountry map has its own page, reached through Locations. It is historical material rather than current route guidance.
  • The MG Majestor page credits Dhananjay as Associate Producer on the record-setting production. It does not claim that he personally holds the vehicle’s Guinness title. The precise record title and measurements are omitted because no certificate was supplied.
  • Two Hyundai video references labelled 2025–2026 in the latest resume are the 2024 Live Unleashed episodes. They are listed once, under 2024. MG companion films are grouped on one project page.
  • No upcoming Hollywood project, future departure date, price, unconfirmed personal award or unverified testimonial is advertised. The unavailable MTV Love School video link is omitted; the Star vs Food Season 2 page omits a supplied trailer that appears to relate to Season 1. The Great Escape Season 3 presenter name follows the official video metadata: Sarah Jane Dias.

WordPress content model

Create reusable content types for Projects, People, Locations and Services. Preserve each field in content.json. Use category filters for the portfolio; keep each project’s full copy on its own page.

  • Project: title, slug, category, production period, production company, location, role, summary, hero image, main video and companion films.
  • Person: name, role, portrait, short introduction and biography. Regional associates and creative collaborators remain simple roster entries.
  • Location: region, hero image, introduction, location possibilities and archive gallery.
  • Shared components: header, footer, service rows, project cards, image viewer, enquiry form and enquiry CTA.

Design & behaviour

Use the provided CSS as the visual specification. The palette is deep green (#183c2c), white and pale lime (#d8ee8b). Headlines use Georgia; body copy uses the system sans-serif stack. No external font files are required. Layouts adapt for mobile, with an accessible menu, visible keyboard focus, reduced-motion support and meaningful image descriptions.

The portfolio supports category filtering and text search. Gallery photographs open in an accessible dialog. Film buttons open the supplied official film links in a new tab. Contact actions use real email, phone and WhatsApp destinations.

Before the WordPress site goes live

  • Connect the WordPress enquiry form to the approved mailbox, add delivery validation and a genuine success/error response. The prototype’s mailto behaviour is intentional.
  • Replace the prototype-only privacy wording with a policy reflecting the implemented form, hosting and analytics. Keep tracking disabled unless agreed.
  • Set production canonical URLs, Open Graph tags and sitemap entries. Remove the prototype’s noindex directive only on the final approved live site.
  • Redirect existing About, portfolio, location and contact URLs to their final equivalents. Retire unused template pages on the current WordPress site.
  • The sources disagree on HASTPA’s start year (2004/2005/2006), some season numbers and the MG shoot’s February–March dating relative to Dhananjay’s passing. Copy avoids the disputed precision. The Tata Sierra source does not specify exact production dates or a detailed role; do not expand its credit without confirmation.
  • The latest supplied profiles support all current team entries. Confirm image reuse and any changed appointments with the owner during final publication review.

Validation

All internal page and asset references are checked, all raster images are decoded, and JavaScript syntax and key interactive behaviours are checked. A browser-based visual pass was not available in this build environment; the WordPress developer should verify desktop and mobile layouts in the target browsers before production launch.

Source review

The prototype draws on the supplied WhatsApp text, all 13 supplied voice notes (machine-translated for review), the website brief, production profiles, latest team PDF and supplied photographs. Voice-note translations can be imperfect; names and roles were reconciled against the written materials.

Additional production and location images were downloaded from the existing InRahi website. Official YouTube thumbnails are packaged locally with their source links in the asset manifest. Source conversations and audio are excluded from this public-facing handoff.
